Fees and Payment Terms

Our consulting services are offered on a project-based fee structure, tailored to meet the specific needs and scope of each project. Upon agreement of the project scope, a fixed project fee will be provided to the client. This fee covers all services outlined in the project scope document and any agreed-upon deliverables.Additional ser vices requested by the client outside the original project scope may be subject to additional fees, to be mutually agreed upon in writing.

A deposit of 100% of the total project fee is due upon signing of the consulting agreement to secure our services and initiate the project. Subsequent milestone payments will be invoiced as follows: [outline milestone payment schedule]. Final payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables. For projects with a duration exceeding one hour, interim payments may be scheduled at regular intervals, subject to mutual agreement between the client and consultant. Late Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of $30.00 per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. In the event of late payment, the consultant reserves the right to suspend work on the project until payment is received in full. Continued failure to make payments may result in termination of the consulting agreement, with any outstanding fees becoming immediately due and payable. Payments can be made via check, or credit card. Details for payment will be provided on each invoice issued by the consultant. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be itemized separately on the invoice. The client is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed on the consulting services in accordance with local regulations.

Any reimbursable expenses incurred by the consultant in the course of providing services under this agreement will be billed separately and must be approved by the client in advance.

 In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposits or payments made are non-refundable, and the consultant reserves the right to invoice for any work completed up to the date of cancellation. If the consultant is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services for any reason, a full refund of any payments made will be provided to the client.
